For the past 5 months, I have been doing Intermittent Fasting. I am slowing transiting the clients of mine who I think it would benefit as well.
I want to be very clear that Intermittent Fasting is not a diet, it’s a pattern of eating.
Weight loss, heart health, brain health, and anti-aging are just some of the many benefits of intermittent fasting.
