3/4 cup of oats
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
Makes about 25 with each cookie around 50 calories! Feel free to mix in any other ingredients such as chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut flakes, raisins, nuts or additional chocolate chips!
Melt dark chocolate chips, mash 3 ripe bananas, and oats in a bowl. Spoon in melted chocolate until it is thoroughly mixed. Roll into 1inch balls and press into cookie shape.
Not only is this cookie alternative low in calories but since its main ingredient is banana they are high in fiber and potassium and low in saturated fat. Making this the perfect healthy treat!!
